COURSE DESCRIPTION

Many parents are choosing to home school their children. Whether this is a permanent or an interim solution, educating your child yourself can be very daunting. We offer support for home schooled children in a variety of ways. One of our tutors can come and deliver formal, structured teaching sessions within any subject area. The beauty of home schooling is that the entire curriculum can be geared towards the individual child’s interests and hobbies. Our tutor will spend time getting to know your child and then create sessions based upon their interests as well as ensuring the child is achieving appropriate objectives as detailed in the National Curriculum.  Our tutor can also offer guidance to parents to support creating a broad and balanced curriculum for your child. Your initial session is free of charge and thereafter will be £18 per hour for the first child. Discounts are available for additional children attending the same session and for sessions booked and paid for in advance.

• These sessions will take place in the child’s home.
• Our tutor will require a quiet place with 2 chairs and a desk.
• We will provide everything else!
